Sportwagon by Marshall Samson This two-volume design from Marshall has a high, bluff front end with a luxurious feel to the dominant grille and chrome detailing. The low rooofline and side air-intake hint at a sporty intent however, as do the slightly flared wheelarches. I've created a slightly more conventional interpretation using an established brand which I think could fit the Germanic character of Marshall's design. The highlight of the sketch for me is the very effective and atmospheric headlamp detail and glow. Some small perspective issues aside I think the most improvement could be had from toning down the reflections and creating a little more variation to the slightly flat body colour to define the surfaces more clearly.
