Audi Hatch by Jonathan Sobota

This compact car has a lot of Audi identity to it and while Jonathan has found a few issues with lack of cross-car perspective he is nicely developing his grasp of subtle colour, front-end detail (headlamps, grille, silhouette) and even light and reflection to help describe form.

One interesting aspect of this illustration is the effect of depth created by fading out the sketch into the background with lighter contrast in the more distant areas. Be careful not to let the car disappear altogether however as the priority is to communicate the design. On Jonathan's sketch the rear is just about visible but I would strengthen the outline slightly just to make things clearer.
